CLEAN SPACE

When the last painting ( for the upcoming show) is drying on the easel, I find myself in a familiar headspace. I'm antsy and I have to clean. So there I go. Time to organize all my paints and brushes. Time to clean up up my piles of paper, file reference photos and notes. Maybe even repaint my walls and floor. I end up with a clean studio and a clean head....and then somewhere in this process my mind moves toward what comes next. And out comes the next batch of reference material.
